FISNI is a U.S.- based company headquartered in Delray Beach, Florida, specializing in financial and insurance services for automotive dealerships across the United States.
In the U.S. automotive sales market, fraud is a significant issue. Many prospective car buyers submit fraudulent documents to dealerships, resulting in millions of dollars in losses. To combat this problem, specialized companies conduct document verification to prevent fraud. FISNI is one of them.
Beyond document verification, FISNI also provides customers with financing and insurance options offered by each dealership.
Its key differentiator lies in the speed at which it contacts dealership customers, performs document verification, presents financial and insurance services, and finalizes contracts.
This efficiency is made possible through technology. This is where App Masters came into play.
Challenge
FISNI’s existing system was outdated and presented numerous limitations, making it impossible to centralize operations on a single platform. Additionally, the lack of reliable technical support from the previous provider was a major pain point. Their primary challenge was operational decentralization. They needed all processes integrated within a single system.
The main issues included a lack of integration between calls, messages, credit analysis, document verification, service contracting, and technical support.
Due to the absence of service integration, the customer service process became excessively slow, impacting productivity, reducing the number of daily interactions, and ultimately hindering revenue growth.
Given this scenario, it became evident that FISNI required a robust solution to optimize its management, scale its operations, and drive revenue growth.
Proposed Solution
To meet FISNI’s needs, we developed a fully customized application from the ground up, integrating all stages of the customer service process.
The primary goal was to create a modern, intuitive, secure, and efficient platform with a strong emphasis on user experience (UX).
Integrations
After completing the initial steps, the next phase involved scheduling an online video conference to present the available financial and insurance solutions. The customer selects a preferred time, the appointment is scheduled, and the Zoom link is sent via SMS. All within the FISNI platform. These steps were only possible through integrations with Zoom and Twilio.
The Zoom integration enabled video meetings within the platform, allowing customers to join via link or phone call. All calls are recorded for legal purposes.
Additionally, all customer communications were consolidated within the system. Call and SMS functionalities were integrated using Twilio, ensuring that each dealership has its own dedicated communication number. All interactions are recorded for security and compliance.
Challenges
The biggest challenge was integrating various tools into the system. The use of advanced Zoom and Twilio features added complexity to the implementation.
Impact
The implementation of the new system led to immediate and significant results for FISNI. The impact was cascading. Faster service times increased the number of customers served daily, ultimately boosting company revenue.
